Welcome to Urban Market, located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Dining Commons. This dynamic dining destination captures the spirit of a modern urban food hall, offering variety, freshness, and flavor all in one place.
With a single meal swipe, guests can explore nine distinct restaurants, each with its own concept, brand, and menu, serving up full meals made to order. Dishes are prepared in front of our guests, blending the energy of a retail food experience with the convenience of on-campus dining. Urban Market’s mission is designed to keep things fresh and exciting, with ever-evolving menus that invite curiosity and deliver something new with every visit.
On the 1st floor, you’ll find Urban Kitchen, Ursa Minor Bakery, Farmacy, Ignite, and True Balance. Head upstairs to explore Revolve, Stone and Fire, and Create Kitchen.
Urban Kitchen – An exhibition-style kitchen where meals are made to order, just the way you like them!
Ursa Minor Bakery – A cozy spot offering fresh-baked pastries and desserts, with the option to pre-order baked goods for special occasions.
Farmacy – A full salad bar featuring fresh, local produce, a variety of toppings, composed salads, and house-made soups.
Ignite – Grilled favorites and bold new bites, hot off the flame and packed with flavor.
True Balance – Designed to assist students with food allergies to make safe and healthy choices while dining on campus. This station prepares food free from the nine most common food allergens. True Balance’s goal is to provide students with an equal opportunity to enjoy dining on campus regardless of their food allergy or sensitivity.
Create Kitchen – Customize your own sandwiches, paninis, and smoothies, made fresh to your taste.
Stone and Fire – Serving brick oven-fired pizza, pasta, and hot subs, all crafted in a state-of-the-art oven.
Revolve – A rotating concept that offers a variety of classic, modern, and regionally inspired dishes.
